    You don't need VPS for that. I give you space for static page for $3/y. And a Directadmin account. Just for fun. (Server in EU.)

    I need a VPS because in addition to the page I need to run a proxy behind it.

    Yeah but if you look at the post it doesn't mention either IPv6 OR IPv4 (though I think IPv6 is included without any additional charge, but there is a charge for even 1 IPv4 which is very atypical for a post that is not explicitly tagged/marked as IPv6 only (or NAT IPv4).
