For those wondering about this. "Impersonating", basically logging in as one of your email users, isn't available in Smartermail. No idea why, but it's limited in scope to just super admins (us).
The thought at the moment is we'll add a user list (think the current user list inside of Smartermail) inside of the Crane Panel, and we'll add an 'impersonate/login as' link. It'd SSO you into that user.
This SSO login does not bypass 2FA/IP lock requirements that might be on the account though.

I went to the workspace.org page and entered postmaster@ as the email. But I didn't see the popup showing the password. How do you get the pop up to appear?

When you're inside of https://namecrane.com in the area where you define your domains, there's a 'view admin details' in the ... , and you use that password. It'll only show the password once, so write it down. You can also change it at any time in the same modal.

That is great, and it should be that way: a very limited quantity for a very limited time.
The trick is in that investment. If it fails, the company goes bust. It is best to inform the customers, because in such case they are the investors (investing in their lifetime plans). It is risky and complicated if we hide investments behind behind non-disclosure.
This is one of the best approaches. He limits these in specs and quantity, constantly keeps an eye to be limited enough for fun on special occasions. There is always a possibility for economy to go downhill, and these lifetime services will still need to be kept alive, even if some other (monthly) customers no longer pay.
Sorry if my concern bothered in any shape or form. I like the ideas of lifetime and investment. But many have fallen in the past because they were greedy. Be careful - very careful - it's a ticking time bomb, especially in these troubled times we live in.

Stacking lifetime plan is possible? This will allow 4 plans stack and it would be 1tb storage, 280 for life, and rclone supported. No longer just a email suite. If this become true, this is going to be the crown offer of this yr BF. Still getting unlimited bandwidth?
