Hi @BradMcA -- Great question! For full transparency, we believe it's fair to our valued client base that we maintain a flat rate across the board on locations that have higher OPEX. In this case, Dublin being one of them. We've never raised service pricing in all the years we've been in business - as such, we absorb what we can, but in locations where operating costs are significantly higher, we do need to add a small flat fee to keep things sustainable.
If the fee is a dealbreaker, we encourage checking out our other locations which don't have this surcharge - we have plenty of attractive options available
