    I did get the code via PM, but since he leaked it, it was out of stock before I checked out.

    To be fair though, storage at more than $0.75/TB is a tough sell for me since I got my Host-C storage server.

    No comments about SQL Server. But Linux OS, in and of itself, runs perfectly on much smaller RAM.

    I have two minimal VPSes that I just use as location-change proxies. One is on IONOS in the US with 1Gb of RAM, another on SpringBox in Russia with 512 Mb of RAM. I also am helping someone else with downloading and chewing through some data on ITLDC storage VPSes in the US with 1Gb of RAM. On all of them, Debian works fine.

    (I prefer Debian because of the long-term support and the small update stream. I did get caught out on a different VPS project with libvirt in Debian being too old, but this is not an issue that matter on a minimal VPS).
