I think that RAM and CPU allocation is too high for that budget.
maybe I should change to 1-2 vcores? having just 1 makes me anxious though
You're asking to receive offers on a platter as if providers are going to earn profit from your budget, where at most you can wait for some flash sale and be grateful if you're lucky to get anything.
