  It's kind of an open question. I think whoever wrote the rules didnt expect an auction to take place. But if this kind of auction are becoming a thing, considering that there are rules for domain auctions, it would make sense to have clear rules for server auction. For instance, in a domain auction, all bids must be public, no by DM. Etc etc.

  Agree, and I made my offer public, no DM.

  To replace my KS-LE-E ordered on november 5th and "kindly" cancelled by OVH.
