I'm happy to share is I want to get really good at observability in 2025. That means Grafana Loki, Grafana Tempo, Grafana Mirmir, and Grafana Pyroscope. So that's 4 VPS's right there. Two or three are TBD. And the rest are just a home-grown US CDN.
