I am considering purchasing a VPS with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS set for automatic installation. I have a few questions regarding operating system changes and Windows licensing:
OS Change: If I initially set up my VPS with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, will I be able to change the operating system to Windows after six months, and will this change be free of any additional charges?
Windows Licensing: If I choose Windows from the beginning, do I need to pay separately for the Windows license or are there any associated costs for using Windows on the VPS?

I'm trying to place an order with MassiveGRID, but I'm encountering several issues with their support channels:
Live Chat: The live chat bot is unresponsive and does not transfer the conversation to a live agent. It's stuck in a loop of automated responses without any human interaction.
Ticket System: When I attempt to submit a ticket, the system allows me to select a subject, but there's no comment field available. When I try to submit the ticket, it returns an error stating that the message field is empty, which indicates a frontend glitch.
I'm unable to proceed with my order without resolving these issues. Could the MassiveGRID team please fix these problems and ensure that their support systems are functioning correctly?

My (low-priority) request for enabling H/A was escalated to 2nd. level within one hour.
Looks quite professional, unless the load goes over ~1.40 or the disk to 100% which happen some times today on the idle VPS.
