I have been using khanwebhost, but their Hong Kong route has changed recently, and the network quality in my area is a bit poor. This does not mean criticizing the merchant's problem, I am just looking for an alternative solution, not that khanwebhost is not easy to use.

They don't have HK/JP/LA but they have Singapore and a lot of US locations.
