Is the discount offered on a recurring basis?

The price is of course also based on the extension.

That is nice if I only needed to pay the same amount every month, but I want to report some problems.
Almost all the interfaces are in German, and I can still use Google Translate to go through to make a user account.

Somehow, my email address, using the Gmail server, got an email from you, but there is nothing on it. But I can still use Show All, which helps me to confirm my email address.
    https://ibb.co/f9JrSV1

I went back to this page and searched for the offer, and it turned out that I needed to recharge my account first, so I chose PayPal since it would help me next month; if I chose PayPal, then I would encounter another problem with this error code.
    https://ibb.co/hLMg2rc

Could you please provide some guidance on what I should do next? Should I recharge my account first and then order again?

I hope I am fast enough and the offer is still there.

Don’t miss out! Enter 5 over the 5.00 that appears after you click PayPal and then order again

And provider said translations will be updated at some point

Thank you for your help, now it worked.
I Just wonder, next month, do I still need to do the same thing, or will it directly charge my PayPal account?

No problem. And if you login to the dashboard, go to bottom where it says in eng to manage root server, then click your server, then there’s a load of coloured buttons on the right.

The longest button at the bottom is to enable automatic renewal. Though I don’t know how attached that is to your PayPal so I’d keep an eye on it at time of renewal.

There is only an automatic renewal if credit is available. We don't withdraw any money.

So, do I need to top up the account before the next renewal?
Do I need to use the longest button right now, or will it check my credit and do the automatic renewal by default?

Sorry for a lot of the questions since this is my first time using a server with a credit system like this.

    No Problem :)
If you have activated automatic renewal and have credit on your account, this will be used. The extension is always for 30 days.

Just to make sure, this one means the auto-renewal is active, right?

If this does not violate our fair use rules, you may do so.

Fair use in our case means that moderate and reasonable usage is expected. If you use the server for resource-intensive tasks like kernel compilation that temporarily use 100% of the CPU for an hour or two, that's fine. As long as it's not persistent or excessive resource usage that impacts the performance of other customers, it's fine. However, sustained 100% usage over longer periods of time would be considered an overshoot.

Will there be a warning and will the staff contact me? Or will the account be canceld without contact?

It’s interesting to see that the benchmark test performed worse than the results on the first page. However, it’s possible that many users rely on YABS and ran it at the same time as I did to understand better what they are getting.

Sure, no problem. I’ll wait until it’s my ticket’s turn.
I only wanted to check because, after reading the automated message saying "Support will answer promptly," I thought it might have been overlooked after a day of wait.

Haha, until the nodes are oversold like with majority of German providers, it takes up to 15 mins to restart VPS with Bero host, storage is not available even my VPS don’t show any usage as logs folder is cleared and nothing else is stored on it just default OS. #scam

How good that others here in the forum have been customers for a long time and we don't have such problems. Before you make such claims, you should consider whether this is really the case for everyone. Thank you for lumping all German providers together.

As you might expect, we have sold hundreds of servers today. You will also receive an answer today. Just be patient. That shouldn't be too much to ask with such an offer and such a day (Black Friday), should it?
