If you're not fast enough in the ordering process and it goes out of stock, it won't process any order due to no stock. Blame WHMCS. If you had any pre-authorization, your bank will automatically release those within a few business days (it varies by bank, we can't do anything about it).

point is, choose something where the invoice is generated PRIOR to payment, unlike Stripe for example and often PayPal too (not always) where invoice is generated AFTER payment
