I already use their services for some locations but won't expand further. Their support hasn't been overwhelming when I needed it and they don't run their own network, so if things break they need to forward it to their data center and so it may take a week or two until it gets resolved. Or it doesn't get resolved ever.
Pretty much the same I see in their Trust Pilot Feedback from last couple of years ...

When some situations arise, work orders are resolved very quickly. It only takes a few minutes from release to response. SG has been purchased. Is there a message to double the ram or bandwidth?

We have thousands of users, six reviews mean nothing.
Some bad reviews are inevitable, when dealing with a ultra-low priced service with unrealistic high end expectations, not to mention folks that complain when they are in the wrong or just don't get their way. For example, expecting a refund when getting service terminated for abuse issues!
You can take TrustPilot with a grain of salt, they let anyone post anything whether true or embellished, and refuse to change the reviews even if you prove them as such, so we just ignore TrustPilot.

Operational costs in the hosting business are up tremendously in past few years, and none of that was passed on to our client base.
