It's there in their website. The small 1 has 1 TB. The rest has fair use which is equivalent to 2 TB IIRC.

Thanks. 1 TB and also 2 TB are really nothing. Is it only applied for incoming traffic or also for outgoing?

Alone my hourly backups to another cloud service take up 10 TB a month.

How are we supposed to do things like this?

Incremental backups and/or do it less often.

Still..... 1 TB is nothing in terms of traffic for the whole month.

Depends what you do, I think for many users it's plenty. AntiDDoS filtering costs something too. Also don't forget Famesystems offer free backups and you can pick how often they are done.

Berohost provides more in the same price range with same data center.

Good to have a choice. Same price? Is it available?

Waiting for tomorrow. The configs are more or less same. They give more bandwidth though.

That's why I asked if the limit applies only for incoming traffic. Why should I DDoS protect outgoing traffic?

As a gesture of goodwill and to make up for the inconvenience, I will extend your server's subscription by an additional 7 days. This will be applied once we confirm the details of your case.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We truly value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

The server is running, it seems there is a caching issue. The web interface thinks you are still on the old faulty Ryzen node. I have given you an extra 7 days of runtime and will now fix the caching problem. Everything should be working again in about 15 minutes.

Rule must be same for both of us.

please don’t comment on my message anymore

I just saw that your suffering with a specific user has stopped and the administration has finally banned him. He often offended, practically constantly, both me and you and others. Although in fact the person has a certain knowledge base and gave useful advice in some places, his manner of communication is still not ideal. And in the first threads I warned earlier that this would happen, he did not believe me. I wonder if the ban is permanent or temporary to think about it?

  • FYI for everyone who haven't ordered yet.

The max bandwidth extension they're willing to do is double. If you go beyond that, they'll limit you to 1MB/sec with possibility of future limit being increased to 10MB/sec.

I have decided to sit this one out because I roll with high bandwidth usage cuz my samba is connected to Hetner box.

  • 9654 stock please.

Thank you. So I think I am also going to cancel the Large again. The specs are really great but the traffic kind of a joke. But some people might have use cases for that one!

Yep. I was surprised with the high level yabs for their ryzen node but Bandwidth is sadly the dealbreaker.

Any other german provider you can recommend? Was looking for bero host, prepaid host and prohosting24, but the servers of the latter two seems to not have the same amount of power.

  • Let us know when the provisioning starts @FameSystems

  • How much longer do we have to wait?

  • any update on when we can get stock

I personally prefer ProHosting but if you want a faster alternative, but with not as much RAM as ProHosting, you can look at NetCup.

Of course, not as powerful as FameSystem but I personally think its pretty snappy. Bandwidth is 2TB per 24 hour and throttle after that to 13MB/sec. I think I can tolerate that because they say it resets once its no longer 2TB in last 24 hours.

PS: The yabs is for Veinna location. This location has faster CPU but slightly slower disk compared to their nuremberg location. It is acceptable to me as its not Contabo-level slow. If you have anymore question, DM me or the other netcup thread(u can find in my history). Dont wanna spoil here. Lemme know if u want any other VPS.
