We are planning to introduce the ability to upgrade packages next month. While the option to add additional disk space is not currently supported, it is also in our roadmap and will be available in the future.
What will happen on bandwidth overage? Suspension or rate-limit until reset?

The data package (network transfer) included with your VPS is valid for one month and resets at the start of each new month. If you happen to use up your monthly allowance, your network speed will be limited to 1Mbps until the next reset.
