I tried translating NodeSeek once, they were talking a lot about chicken.

So they escalated your case for the refund? This is why it is not a good idea to contact support asking for KS-A order status. Just wait and see if they deliver otherwise refund will be issued at the end.

As far as we know so far everyone with KS-A orders have received the cancellation emails along with a bunch of people that have KS-LE-*. Since then several KS-LE-* servers have been delivered and one of my pending KS-A orders was delivered on Nov. 24th. As far as I know everyone with KS-A orders are showing their orders as 'Being Processed' and none have actually been cancelled as of yet.
At least you got one KS-A delivered already... most people here are still eager to get one. 🥲

EDIT: False alarm, my WSL sandbox lost connectivity without reason.

I sometimes see the odd error buy it usually resolves the next query.
It's working after rebooting the WSL subsystem. Weird. Today it was failing randomly until it broke completely and I wasn't tinkering with the network in any way.

Just chatted OVH support again and said that only one of my two KS-A's will arrive on 11/29/2024, while my other one might be cancelled since there's no delivery date set on their end.
