And you were not the only one. But hey, they pretend that when multiple people complain here about networking issues, the issue is limited to one customer and treat every issue seperately.
They apparantly don't do any monitoring about network connectivity or other basic stuff themselves, so they're just thinking "when we don't see it, it's not there".
For @MassiveGRID: 132541 is my ticket ID. But as seen, I'm not the only one, and the issues are there more or less for a couple of weeks now.
I'm not seeing myself as being impatient or expecting the world. This thread is now over a month old; my point is that there are loads of complaints here about issues (networkwise and performancewise) and from my experience they are valid. If a provider is just a bit serious they'd handle these before taking on loads of new users.
If you did crosscheck on this topic you'd see that I've already replied to this before regarding my situation. I jumped on this train quite early and (most importantly) I already had experience with this provider a couple of months ago. That experience was good, and pricing then already was very competitive regarding a number of LET offers that are considered "good". So I could understand them coming to LET and and making a "disruptive" statement pricewise.
Also the usecase for me wasn't about CPU or disk performance but mainly for some extra monitoring uses. So when an offer like this one arrives it's not a big deal for me when it's overselling a bit, or when it takes a couple of days/weeks to have the first rush/performance issues gone. And with these kind of offers you have to jump on quickly because usually they're gone fast.
So I agree with you for everyone jumping on after a couple of days to be cautious. And I agree, to some level, that for these kind of prices you can't expect "everything". But there is a limit to what you can cut before stuff gets "unusable".
