The product's performance is excellent, but its marketing leaves much to be desired.
I still recall the significant disappointment I felt last year when the product I purchased on Black Friday was discounted just days later.

I had to let my VPS on your network go (not renew) because you did not - and further do not - offer a snapshot function, which I needed. Very disappointing! It would be so great if you could offer one snapshot function as a feature request to you in the future.
My experience with your server was fabulous, one of the best. Even though I do not have any VPS any more, I am going to vote for you as one of the best providers!
