    It is not allowed in general. We have specifically categorized Windows and KVM VPS as 2 different categories.

    I mean on a 32 gb ram vps if you're not allowed to install, that's kinda meh. Can we not mount our own iso and install it or that's not allowed as well?

    We do not allow installing Windows on our KVM VPS as an SPLA partner, we will need to report to Microsoft every case of customers using their own license - it''s not possible for now to do that. Another reason is that running Windows on KVM VPS normally consumes a lot of CPU and might affect other customers on the same node. You are welcome to install Linux GUI if you need desktop experience.

    If you are using one Paypal account, then it's only needed to verified one time only. Different Paypal accounts will require additional verifications.

    That is correct. I have ordered earlier with the same Paypal Email ID. But still I received the verification required once again. Hence, I requested you as this is obviously a waste of time.

    I did not clear any caches and did not use any different browser.

    Somehow, the browser call was not recognized or landing correctly to the final endpoint into your billing system. Something was trapping and disconnecting.

    Keeping all parameters the same, I clicked on the same button (without restarting the browser, without clearing caches and without using a new browser), I could successfully place an order and pay it immediately.

    So I think this problem relates to something in between, may be fraud detection, etc. as I could initially got nothing added in the cart and later successfully did.

    Experienced the same thing, but was instead just kicked back to the main deals page each time. Same thing with a second order.
