What are the specific plans where you can get double of all your resources? The second point mentions budget and premium kvm plans, but the first point doesn't go into specifics on what plans are eligible for double ram and bandwidth and storage and cpu.
Also, it is double of all 4 of those resources, or do you have to choose one of the categories that you want doubled?
First time buying a VPS, and I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. I successfully claimed a 90% discount promo (Invoice #1017687) but was told it was invalid because I placed the order while using a VPN. Their TOS doesn’t mention any restriction on VPN usage.
Even after I offered to pay using my real IP, they still canceled the discount and refused to help reopen the invoice or create a new one with the same promo. It’s frustrating because I followed all the steps and claimed the discount fairly.
