massivegrid should stop their promotional program
I'm not sure if MassiveGrid has enough dedicated servers to accommodate the thousands of new users they add in a month, but when I purchased their VPS the network started out great but lately the network has been unstable with lag in access and data Package losses. I think this has something to do with their servers being oversold.

I think you should stop buying a vps in EU from China.
When I use Taobao.com, I get a lot of packet loss. Alibaba should just stop their website, if they can't accommodate millions of users outside of mainland.
Facebook should also stop their service, since my friend in China has 100% packet loss for the last 15 years straight.
When I drive the highway, I get a lot of traffic jam.

The VPS in their home seems to be a native IP at first, and then a broadcast IP. Did you obtain the native IP address? My IP address segment is 185.44.x.x, which is the native IP address
Maybe the Chinese authorised are tapping into your packets and running off with them. Making sure you are not googling images of Winnie the Pooh.
