About OVH French's DCs

Hello,

I was wondering if you noticed a difference in the quality of services between the three French data centers of OVH: Gravelines, Strasbourg*, and Roubaix?

Connectivity, incidents, ...

*beside flammability

Comments

  • Roubaix is the oldest of all 3 most of their network transit this way in/out, beside that I got both server in GRA and RBX and when I contact the support I would say RBX related server is usually answered faster

  • Thank you for the feedback @wuck

    GRA and RBX is fine.
SBG has been upgraded since the cloud upload.

They got 2 redundant power connections now etc...
Probably also removed the wooden floors.

  • RBX and GRA are both solid. I wouldn't choose SBG. I would use OVH Limburg instead.

Are those datacenters in Roubaix and Gravelines also built of containers, like OVH Strasbourg?
    OVH Cloud fire Strasbourg

No, but at least the generators where running.
Some DC's you know don't really have that.
