I have a VPS with them just for RDP, but I have seen they actually have a whole product category specifically for RDP set ups and they are a bit cheaper and with more storage space.
Other providers that come to mind that I've used for RDP is @CharityHost_org or @LittleCreek and I think port 25 can be opened with both of them.
