I bought a dedicated server yesterday and he told me he would release it on the same day. So far he hasn't released it and keeps saying there's a problem with the software, he always comes up with a different excuse. If he can't deliver it, he'll give me a refund.
I already have 2 plans with with them - both at 100% uptime 👍.
