    They've canceled all 3 of my recent orders without any reason. I ticketed their support and they were like "we will not terminate your services and we're not asking for verification either. your order was just cancelled by our internal decision. please feel free to try placing an order again."

    Yea don't run the bot on a VPS, mine got flagged for fraud.
    Invest into a raspberry pi or something.

    Finally got ahold someone knowledgable with some juicy information from OVH!

    According to OVH, the KS-A was available in Europe although, and I quote:

    We did have stock for this server model in Europe, however the stock was very low and available for a very short time.

    I asked if they were 100 % sure of this fact, got this back:

    Indeed we had about ten orders that were able to be honored.

    I asked which EU locations, I got this back:

    We were able to provide some stock to Gravelines, Roubaix and Warsaw for the KS-A server.

    Who got this? :o :o :o

    Finally, also asked about the cancellations. Seems the DC are the ones canceling the orders, manually. Got this back:

    About the email received regarding the cancelled orders, the cancellation of the orders will follow the time that our datacenter technicians can proceed with the cancellation of all the orders. The KS-LE server is also affected by the internal error that we had.

    Given that BHS has problems, your chances getting one in GRA is like -100

    Does the fraud flag happens only on VPS? I am running it on a bare metal kimsufi... do I risk to be flagged as fraud?

    They where... I patched mine in roughly 20 minutes and people started ordering them with bots.
    I got all my orders using my bot.

    I'd at least route it through Cloudflare Warp. Risk of getting marked as fraud is obviously still there, but many "legit" users use it as well and setting it up on a server is easy.

    It's a bit silly though to offer ordering through API and marking DC IP's that order as fraud :D

    I’ve ordered all my KS-A orders with bots never been flagged, don’t know if I makes a difference but I also installed Wireguard on the servers and logged in and out of the ovh dashboard a few times

    Never been flagged for fraud on any server, different locations across Europe

    Might be other circumstances, you don't know how OVH flags orders as fraud.
    Or just random checks, looks better though with non proxy ip.

    As I understood it, in the EU, yes.

    any info about nov19 orders? x support said it all will get canceled. why it is taking them so much time to cancel it if they don't want to deliver?
