Whats happening? cpu 100 in idle, all slowed and not working, even simple tests struggles. VM just dead had to reinstall os to boot it again. I/O speed like 10 mbs

This vps was terminated because of the provisioning error. It was recreated after I created a ticket, but without the bonus bandwidth.

When in stock, yes. You can use them at any invoice by pressing "Apply Credit" (it will show up)
