It is already noted in the offer post that activation can take up to 24 hours. I have also said more times that there is a delay in activation to setup a new server.
I am not sure why the site generates errors now and then. I'll get it checked

Understandable. I have quite a few servers from Hostbrr and they're a reliable provider. They often do cheap deals and it's bumpy at first, but I keep on renewing because once things stabilise you'll never find it for a better price

Ticket response times indeed are a bit slower than usual due to abnormal amounts of tickets throughout all November. However, not many tickets should be on 16 hours or above. Feel free to PM your ticket number and I can look into this.
Also the error page issue should be resolved. Seems like there was a imunify360 issue causing this on the host.
I do sometimes feel sorry for the providers. One probably wouldn't be able to find such deals if we didn't have lowendtalk. @labze is always posting updates, giving explanations and a perspective for the next few days to give a lot of people in here the chance to get hold of one of these deals.
I'd understand the reactions of some users in here if the providers communication was totally different.
Please be a little bit less annoying to people who provide you the deals we all love. Maybe one day he might stop doing it.

Amazing share! I uninstalled Nextcloud and am now using this bad boy! It's more than enough for a storage box.
I also tried the above shared files.gallery but uploading is behind a paywall so went for this. I might install Nextcloud again in a month when speeds improve but for now this is really cool. Thanks again.

I didn't want to jinx anything but latest changes seems to have done the trick. Of course the bandwidth is still being utilized around 100% so speed might not be the best yet, but IO is much improved.
Also a update on the EPYC Storage offer. There seems to be similar, although different IO issues here. I am looking into this and it might require a server reboot to fully resolve.
I am extending the refund period to a month for this offer in particular, and will be granting a service extension approximately equal to the period of very degraded performance once this is fully resolved. You can apply for this in a ticket when performance normalizes.

Great graph, clearly shows the IO on the server was improved with the latest fixes.
In my experience, the server is actually becoming usable. The upload seems stable.
Graph is updated in realtime and initial conversation happened around the "11-27 00" mark - and is now irrelevant.

I know I can use SSHFS or rclone with FTP, but I'm not asking about that.

My guess would be (if I am not mistaken), he was personally attacking dev_vps for whatever reason when repeatedly asked by him not to. It was getting borderline harassment.
