Thanks to angstrom or/and fat32. Followed all their tips. Kept a second window open with time.is. Pressed period key to get the microseconds displayed. Tested the latency by saving drafts a couple of times and checking in network timing of the console window. Then tried my luck with a guessed estimate. Of course, luck would have been the deciding factor than any calculations.
I just checked. My system is off the clock by a big margin. It fluctuates between 0.2 to 1.2 seconds. So weird and it's difficult to capture that...
But will keep trying..

That is what I found when I checked time.is too. My time was off by around 1.2 seconds. Hadn't even noticed it, as 1 second hadn't been relevant before. My time server in windows time synchronization setting was the default one, which I think is halfway around the globe from my location. Then had it changed to one located in my country to sync anew and shave off that 1 second difference. All the things one has to do for winning a freebie
