Got a random KS-LE-B delivery from 6th of Nov order. Anybody got any deliveries today?
I had my first interaction with OVH technical support. One of my new servers had become unresponsive and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes. It was an automated detection from OVH and it was fixed by the time I noticed the uptime alert. Impressive!
One thing I'm wondering, is that a free service?

Well they are fixing their own hardware you just "rent". So yeah OVH is super quick and proactive with replacing hardware. They fixed a RAM in one of the servers in 15 minutes that got delivered 3 hours ago.

I feel bad for any guys locked in the OVH US account.
Just found mine, 20$+ ECO compared to EU/CA which is 5$+ what a scam.
OVH was charging me money for servers I couldn't find the account for.
Had to search for a bit, didn't know I also got an US account.
At least I can test my bot now officially on the OVH US api.
OVH US is basically trash for people not ordering servers in the US. The price in USD is higher compared to CAD or Euro, and the sales events are much worse.
In the past the CA branch also served US residents but OVH kicked those without an active service out after they opened the US branch. There's no way out except using fake information.
So I can assume, once my CA or US account has no longer active services.
OVH is gonna close these for me.
