    Intel i7 have an iGPU.
Also, unless you paid the extra money for the 64GB RAM, that's an upgrade too.

Probably related to IPMI, this chip seems to be common on server motherboards. Some useful answers here: https://superuser.com/questions/1372289/what-is-a-matrox-gpu-and-why-does-my-universitys-unix-server-have-one

  • My LE-B has it as well. I do wonder why there's Display and VGA separately listed though

Aaah the Microserver Gen8, such a lovely little cube which had spent years under my TV, until KS-LE-B became a thing. It did have a VGA plug at the back so I guess that's what the matrox chip is for.

The first one would be the iGPU because you must have a "stock" LE-B with the advertised e3-1245.
The second one would be the server's VGA port then.

Yeah, slight upgrade to the e3-1245v6

btw i'm doing refund of the KS-LE-4

How does the refund process work? Is there a time limit? What do you recover? I’ve never refunded anything at OVH before but I have 2 that I ultimately don’t need and if they’ll give credit or whatever including setup fees then that might be easier than trying to transfer.

With a French account, within the 14-day period, you get what you paid for, including setup fees, minus the time you used the server (prorata). The service is not immediately cancelled, the due date is moved to "yesterday" and around midnight (in my experience), your server is flagged as unpaid and is suspended.

No idea for other types of accounts.

  • Guys, a genuine question for those who have multiple accounts.

In addition to the main "-ovh" account, which I have access to through the ovhcloud domain, I noticed today that my "-ks" account is active and functional in the kimsuif panel, just like it was in mid-2014.

When I worked in the area, I had dozens of dedicated servers in them, in different accounts because the platforms were not integrated.

My question is: can the "-ks" account process new orders in the old, still active kimsuif panel or when I buy something, will it be redirected to the existing "-ovh" account or will a new user be created?

My accounts are EU, without VAT, etc. (real data, duly validated, etc.).

You will not be able to order any servers with your old Kimsufi/SYS accounts as all new orders need to be done with your ovhcloud account.
