  • I bought your service and it is a good value however the deal BF2024-CloudVPS-8GB shows 4 cores but it actually only provisions with 2 cores and 4 threads. Is it possible to talk with support and actually get 4 cores?

    Please assist

I'm considering buying one in LA. But routing seems weird. Latency is above 30ms between Solidseovps using Hivelocity and other let providers like hosthatch, advinserver, speedypage in LA using Datacamp for their upstream. But Hiveloycity's speed test page in LA seems normal.
