Sounds like a fun day. Do not hesitate to try and join us in for the fun. You never know, one of those small twists or details in the post may get to us too. Some times it is slow and steady wins the race. Read the contests carefully and be sure to follow all the rules contained within! Some times people jump to the answer too quickly and some one who answers more slowly can jump in and nab the prize at the last minute
Were you around for the coffee mug give away? I think that is the first time I have seen a mug in the give away this year. Some people were able to take home a brand new coffee mug. Granted that may not be as cool as a back pack to some but who could not use more mugs!? The more mugs the less often I have to do dishes! It is also a cool piece of swag that does not take up to much space to display in the office
Eh we could be going faster! You they have not seen anything yet! You know how fast some of these threads can go. In a few minutes we are able to burn through multiple pages. When we have a give away in the mix they go ever faster! Just been a little more quiet today but I guess to your point, we have still made some decent progress over all today!
Not too much action today. I think we had a ryzen VPS for 6 mo and 1 gb ram? I think that was today, I can not really remember it all blurs together. We also had a give away for a coffee mug today maybe around 4 hours ago? again it all blurs together. I think last friday has been the craziest day of all so far. Just wait, as we get closer and closer to black friday I think things are going to be CRAZY here. Can not wait for whats to come!
Indeed it appears so. Over night I noticed I fell pretty far back on the list as well. Some newer names appeared too I believe. Some people have been on their A game. It is going to take a lot to catch up to noob but I think that is what we are all vying for. If only we could combine our efforts and time share that PC. JK the logistics of that would be awful. There can only be one winner after all in the end!
50 Pages! Now I guess that is not so bad. Have you been gone for an entire day? That is more than I thought we had covered today. For some reason I thought the number to be much lower. It was noticeably slower but we all kept each other busy with some chit chat while we awaited the give aways that we got. Can not wait to see more. Thanks to rack nerd for putting all this together for us to enjoy in the community!

OH I think we have the demand! When ever dustin is here the demand will come whether it was there already or not. I think most people have a sixth sense to sense when dustin is here and a give away is imminent. His presence alone brings the demand and the hype. When he logs in, they will come. We are all here for the excitement of the giveaways and community they bring together! All are grateful for what dustin is sharing with all of us this holiday season!

Yep! I dont think there is an official schedule but we have seen give aways every day so far I believe. At least as long as I have been here I am fairly confident we have seen a give away every day. We have seen things like free VPS in Dallas, LA, Dublin and shared hosting in dublin, a coffee mug, t shirts amongst other things.
Some of the most coveted give aways appear to be permant upgrades to your VPS like RAM or DISK or CORES. Those seem to be much more rare but realy bring in the demand and the audience for the giveaways. Need to have your fingers on F5 and ready to go when those come around.
I am sure the rate of give aways is only going to accelerate as we get closer and closer to black friday. Keep a look out in this thread and watch for Dustinc's presence. When he shows up a give away is surely soon to follow!

Lol! Maybe, maybe not. Even on the very off chance that Dustin did wait for me to sign off, I don't mind. As I said, don't wanna win every GA there is. I am just here for the party. Creating demand and maintaining the hype has been our thing. I am gonna continue to do that.
All that being said, I am a 100% sure that Dustin didnt do that knowingly. Right? Right?

I am rooting for you! I remember seeing your name pretty high up there. Maybe this is a short term fall from grace but I am confident you will catch yourself and find yourself reaching new heights sooner than you know. If anyone can do it, you can do it CTRL! We will be rooting for you, and really anyone for that matter! The more action going on the more exciting this is! Can Noob keep his uber huge lead!? Only time will tell. Let us see if CTRL or any others can give him a run for his money!
