User A purchased 10 Singapore VPSs (VPS_1 to VPS_10) in a single order.

11-20 05:48: User A submitted a ticket requesting a bulk refund, stating: "Hello, I purchased multiple Singapore VPSs in bulk……………… Please proceed with the refund. Thank you!"

If you don't need it, you don't buy it.
I never understood that they were constantly buying, refunding, transferring, why?
It really looks like this person is MJJ, which is the most shameless group of people.
They are used to abuse, used to placing orders using fraudulent information, and used to grabbing special/preferred models for profit! It's fucking disgusting.!!

    Dear LET Forum Members,
Yes, I am an employee at CLAWCLOUD, and I have been working hard recently to communicate with LET administrator to obtain the provider tag. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the events that led to this issue and express our sincere apologies.
    Summary:
CLAWCLOUD does not support refunds for pushed machines. However, one of our support team members did not follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) and failed to verify whether the order included any pushed machines. This resulted in the deletion of a pushed machine. Upon discovering this error, we immediately refunded the user to minimize their loss. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the user. Moving forward, we will continue to standardize the operations of our support team to prevent such issues.

    Timeline of Events:
    ● 11-20 05:19: User A purchased 10 Singapore VPSs (VPS_1 to VPS_10) in a single order.
    ● 11-20 05:37: User A transferred VPS_2 to User B.
    ● 11-20 05:48: User A submitted a ticket requesting a bulk refund, stating: "Hello, I purchased multiple Singapore VPSs in bulk……………… Please proceed with the refund. Thank you!"
    ● 11-23 06:46: One of our support team members processed the refund for User A's order (VPS_1 to VPS_10) without verifying whether any of the VPSs had been pushed.
    ● 11-23 12:52: User B submitted a ticket asking why VPS_2 in their account was deleted.

We have issued a full refund for all VPSs purchased by User B, and once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to User B @abcdshiwo .
Additionally, we have optimized our refund process and reiterated the importance of adhering to refund protocols:
    ● For bulk VPS refund requests, we will reconfirm the VPS IDs and IP addresses with the user.
    ● We will ensure that no VPS has been transferred before processing the refund.

We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and patience. :)

    ...NO PROFIT
I have to repeat this again
he transfer to me with prize he bought it
we are verifying the fact that there are forum rumors, and the fact is that the rumors are true.

  • The new progress ticket replied that the refund will arrive within 1 to 3 days

  • Finished! I approve of Claw's handling of the problem. Although there were some twists and turns along the way, the result is good. Keep improving yourself, Clawcloud.
