    Support resolved it in less than an hour after ticket has been created.

    The VPS was alive, but GW was not responding. I would expect that basic network monitoring should be done automatically without the need to create tickets.

    I have never had a single incident with my previous provider...

    Each cluster node and each cluster is monitored. The incident was isolated to the VM, that's why a ticket was needed for our team to work on the VM specifically.

    well, there is a reason why it's cheap. Connection is rubbish. my cloudflare tunnel won't even stay up. ssh sessions constantly dropping. Waste of money in my opinion.

    Yes, there's a firewall at the cluster level that you can manage from the control panel. Given that it's at the cluster level, doesn't consume resources from your server.

    This functionality is available in our New York and London regions and will be available in our Frankfurt location January 2025.
