What are the cost of say 10RU in Dallas nowadays? maybe 4amps of power and a couple mbps or network with maybe 20 IPs on 2-3yr commit?

    I can do this a couple different ways, but I rather sell you a half rack (secured) where you have access to your own stuff, 24x7 (or anyone you want).
