This strategy indeed works but I recommend using AtomicClock app for Android, you get subsecond accuracy and can focus on the time on another device.

For as much as I'd like to win, no way I can watch another hour go by without saying something to you since you're obviously trying and you're consistently outside of the time frame by about 15 minutes (both late and early - judging from you past posts)

In the upper right hand corner, you have UTC time. You need to try and time your post to correspond with these times:

Whatever you're doing, you're doing it right - you're just doing it about 15 minutes late (and sometimes early) each time. Don't want to see you waste your time when you'll have absolutely no chance in winning by doing what you've been doing.
