You can always make it a business resell nat vms
That' cause you are renting them and unfortunately, that's how the world works.
Oh there might be one coming then, say in 2-4hours... I'll be ready this time. I want ram upgrade so bad
Still many days till the end date, everything can change it's unpredictable, you never now what happens next.
How many of you guys actually shut your PCs down, and not put it to sleep?
All nighters are risky for health, be careful.
I've been telling this to everybody from the beginning.
Just for today. Have a load of pending work to complete.
i have 2 mini pcs as my apartment... actually the room is called server room
That would be a nightmare... I tried using a nat vps once and everything was hard to set up. I hate them with a passion. I'm too noob for that type of stuff.
thats why i hope to get upgrades and pay pennies
so i dont have to worry that i cant pay that server and all my data/projects are gone
I see. I wish you could get that then.
Server room powered by celeron? or is it something really good?
Work computers never get shutdown, only put to sleep. I delay the shutdowns as much as I can until they force the updates and resets on me. My personal computer I used to always shutdown as well but now my home computers also just get put to sleep. I do end up rebooting my home PC more often now though because it eventually bogs down. I do have a really old CPU and motherboard in it though so it is just not up to snuff with todays standards. I think they are over 10 years old now. My GPU on the other hand is just from 3 years ago and its a beast. Upgrades only where it matters the most
racknerd racknerd racknerd !
still, good luck with the overtime, you might need caffeine.
Haha, I just realized that he's at 1900 now... even dustin doesn't stand a chance now
You have to change your strategy man, you sure as hell have the quality posts, but it's all about quantity here and I'm telling you its not fair at all
Exactly what I have been following as well for the past few days and when I have ongoing projects. Easier to manage everything that way. But, I do make it a point to do complete shutdowns every now and then.
That is what I am talking about. Andy 10 tb knows where its at. Lets get this man some give aways. Maybe some disk space give aways to take him from 10 tb to 11? Turn it up to 11 for my man! Why would you want to stop at 10, every one knows 11 is better. Upgrades for all this week, I can sense it! I have only been wrong many times in my life, why would I be wrong this time around. #rack nerd disk space give away for andy 10 tb
Trying to avoid that. Had coffee addiction a few years ago. Moreover, with no idea about Chef's arrival, it'd just be better for me, if I complete the work before that.
My isp wants to charge me $100 for a dedicated IP
Well.. my work and life philosophy is all about quality so it is very hard for me to get into the mind set of quantity of quality. I think the only time I would take quantity over quality is when you start talking about things like ice cream cones and milkshakes, maybe some things like cake and pies as well would fall under that umbrella. Would rather do one thing very well than have many things! Seem like its the rack nerd way as well. Hosting done right rather than being a master of all things technical.
*Quantity.
My strategy has been switched now. I am gonna reciprocate according to the comment. If it's a small comment, I am gonna reply similarly. If it's large, I will compensate accordingly.
As for the 1st position, dude, there's still almost a month now. I can't guarantee I will be available like this, starting next month. So, anything can happen.
Sheesh, If I were you I'll just sleep in peace, no body can come up with a thousand post in a single day haha.
1 sec
4 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500T CPU @ 2.70GHz (1 Socket)

Lol seriously? you can get something from orange cloud for cheap.
I respect that, but, try my strategy as well maybe.
Come on don't discourage us, I think it will be this crazy only for the first three places. everyone else will just chill
