Each account/key can only qualify once.

Without specifying what "each account" means (LET account or Hetrix account) - it's a little ambiguous.

If it said "1 LET account = 1 Key, no exceptions" - that's definitive.

Personally, if I had already won once, i wouldn't push the envelope because it's supposed to be a community giveaway while maximizing the amount of individual winners - but to each his own!
