    I probably won't be participating. it's quite time consuming. We have legends like @Beniskickbutt who take the time to write meaningful paragraphs showing genuine care, while others just spam one word comments. It's not fair. I'd love to see a real surprise at the end of this thread.

    Is this baked ziti? Such a classic dish and for good reason. Pasta is so simple to make and never really gets any major complaints. If you roll your own pasta though.. that is on a whole different level. I bought something to make my own pasta but have not gotten around to it. One day.. I want to try the difference and see if it is worth it but so much more work to do so
