    FFMPEG is now available on basically every node :) The proposed limits we'll be enforcing in the next couple days is something like:

    • GLOBAL ~200% CPU usage for the whole node
    • all FFMPEG's share that 200%
    • 25% MAX per process
    • Caps kick in after 30~60 seconds (still deciding) to allow some quick burst at the start

    Because of the 200% cap, this means if a node has a lot of FFMPEG, you may not get the 25%. We don't expect this to be much of an issue since people aren't going to be encoding their PLEX library here.

    @NameCrane will document it in the next sales thread :)

    We'll gladly take their business, I just don't want to spend that kinda marketing cash :) I think our shared/reseller offerings are quite good and will grow. We've had nothing but praise from basically everyone that has used it.

    It's a tough market to compete in, but that's OK.

    You can purchase and host on any Namecrane plan, but WHMCS must be hosted exclusively on Namecrane's network. It cannot be hosted outside their service.

    Just to confirm that @ManishPant is correct :)

    So long as the license is hosted here on Namecrane, we're good.

    If you want to host it on a VPS, then BuyVM also sells the same licenses. Again, it must be hosted on BuyVM though.

    You can purchase and host on any Namecrane plan, but WHMCS must be hosted exclusively on Namecrane's network. It cannot be hosted outside their service.

    I did search for VPS plan on NameCrane, didn't know it's available on separate website. Researching for future plan, current owned license installation is getting too old now.

    Getting constant 1 min downtime notifications from Hetrix tools, wordpress backend admin stops responding intermittently while making updates/uploading.

    Been noticing this from the beginning but thought it had to do something with my connection.

    Nothing Hetrix spots in our monitors but open a ticket and I can look.

    I’ll check if litespeed is crashing/restarting. We had seen issues with 6.3 but it looked to be resolved in 6.3.1.

    Please ticket and I’ll try downgrading litespeed then.

    If it’s a constant thing then it should be obvious if swapping back to 6.2 fixes it.

    Do you block Litespeed crawler ?

    Can you let me know if you're seeing this happening from here on out? I thought it was one issue, but I think it might've been something completely different (basically a limit on PHP process spawning with Litespeed).

    Some users reported the issue was still happening after I did the Litespeed downgrade. Our own monitoring didn't see it, but we're monitoring .html files. Some log diving tells me it was likely the setting I just tweaked.

    1) We can sure try. It's best if it's cPanel/DA on the other side though.
    2) We don't have the Litespeed crawler enabled but we can see about allowing it for you.
    3) We don't block it. We actually offer free Redis with all accounts.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. It is cPanel hosting. I have a WordPress website with membership, so many users are logged in and are served uncached content. I have zero knowledge and intention for managing a VPS server for this site. Approx 2k visitors per day and 3k pageviews per day.

    What server configuration would you recommend?

    Do you have any upcoming BF deals? I know your plans are already quite cheap.

    Yes, it is still throwing errors. HTTP Code [301] Errors.

    Ping it in ticket with the log if you have it as well as what URL you're checking.

    We can easily migrate this with our migration center then.

    How much storage do you need? Do you have Litespeed cache and or a redis plugin? Are you heavy on comments/searches?
