That being said, we dont cap cpu so you can burst 100% cpu minding AUP sustained CPU use limits.
Per yabs I've seen here, it seems many hosts cap cpu burst well bellow the core capacity and then the AUP limitations. What I'm saying is performance is going to vary by host and there is a price associated.

I think the purpose of this thread is to get small vms for idling or basic use.
I am not sure if cutting down your resources to something like 1c/1g/20g/2TB (ex. config) will help you to cut the cost for limited BF deals... But that's what other providers are doing. Indeed if IPv4 is a big cost to you then above example is out of question
