Hello @DeluxHost I made an order, got confirmation but didn't recieve any emails and the dashboard is empty. I submitted a ticket with order details, including screenshot under ticket: Ticket Created #YZO-371142
Several things on site are not working, timeouts, no mail is coming... Not a good start for a vps provider.
We are receiving a lot of orders, the site is currently suffering a lot from this, we are continuously applying fixes to solve it.
The situation has improved compared to before.
Due to an error, customers who purchased services at the beginning of the promotion received a lower plan, this has already been fixed, but those who were affected are being resolved.
