Yeah sometimes could show as unavailable for few minutes as we restarting things, sorry about that (we will rewrite things probably).
And as a sponsor we just need as many locations as possbile, currently we have 50 main servers, the more the better.

Bandwidth doesnt matter as it dont need much
I advise anyone to NOT use blacklist that are based upon spoofed IP packets.
