hey @dustininc , with this many orders I would think that bandwidth increases would be potentially backlogged. I wasn't sure if I would see it in the dashboard at this point or not.

This is definitely something we are considering as we can see that can be useful, though not as simple as clicking a button given our current scale/size (thousands of physical hypervisors that would need to be synced). For now if you have any immediate iso needs, just open a ticket, our average response time is under 10 minutes, and we are truly available 24x7, so it won't take long to get it mounted for you
By the way, we're also evaluating SolusVM V2 for potential future transition which would include that feature, as well as many more. While their new platform offers an enhanced UI, we've found that some of the existing functionality in their current iteration could impact operations for providers of our size, along with some items from V1 being missing from V2, etc. They're working on improvements, and we've been closely monitoring the progress.

Hi @grizthepug -- Not to worry! These are indeed handled in batches, and I do my best to process at least one batch daily to stay on top of things. I keep detailed tracking of where I last left off, so even though you might see me dropping giveaways or responding to other comments, I haven't forgotten about any orders
The good news is that double bandwidth upgrades are completely seamless - no reboots or downtime needed. It's a quick backend update that happens without any service interruption. So feel free to start using your VPS right away, even while waiting for the bandwidth upgrade to be processed.
I don't think I've missed applying double bandwidth to any qualifying order to date, and yours will be taken care of soon! ❤️
