It will be pinned at the top of the board and a mod will post new deals every 15-30 mins and also diff providers will run flash sells/giveaways in the thread at random - for example last year I got multiple sub $5 a year v4 VPS but they were only in stock for 2-3 minutes. I also got a $25 paypal giftcard as well.
