Hosthatch has good storage vps packages but host_c surpasses them in reliability.
The storage service in Hong Kong is accessible, but it freezes automatically during file uploads or downloads now.
Now my LA storage service automagically doesn't reset when experiencing any disk io.
No update of ticket so I just closed it.
Spoke too soon, it's happening again lol

mine magically started working again 11 days ago but the ticket remained open. I noticed today that the ticket had been closed without reply (was still open a week ago).
Anyway, I just did another disk intensive backup and didn't see any problems, so if you're still seeing a problem I guess it's a different issue to mine now.
EDIT: oh, you were talking about HKG? I was experiencing the issue on Stockholm.
