LE-E was cancelled today. Some of the servers I wanted on the US site were OOS as soon as the BF deals started too, not sure if they were ever in stock tbh.
They haven't sent the refund yet for LE-E though, only got a cancellation email, so maybe there is hope I'll still get it.
I didn’t pay attention to other servers but ks-le-2 with ssd in rbx went out of stock before it appeared in the catalog. It was listed as 1h-low for the first few days.
Will OVH restock (anything) next week?

Same here. Last time they cancelled the order like 1/2 hours after the email. But mine is in the delivering step.

Guys, I invite everyone here that has had cancelled orders to file a CS request simply stating your disappointment, and then to follow that up with an official complaint to the proper department.
This is the only way they will take any notice as official complaints have to be logged in the EU and there are thresholds they must stay under.
i am up, as orders are still pending. so need to ready to atleast raise the concern. i don't think one will go with official complaint if cost time and money.
also, ovh if have plan to restock KS-A should be given to existing users as per their orders otherwise they should remove the plan forever.
Don't be ridiculous. If they take your money without offering a service, that's a dispute you need to resolve via your card company. OVH refunded monies of unfilled orders and they are not obliged to do anything else.
It sucks that the orders got cancelled but probably they didn't plan this much high demand especially via API.
I missed the opportunity to order KS-LE-B as it never get restocked but I just sucked it up at this point.
Edit: More this turn into a drama, OVH will just start to take precautions so this doesn't happen again in the future. Like, a person can only order 1 type of discounted server, or cancel / pause usage of API or crack down.
