My orders don’t say cancelled although I did get the email

A server I recently cancelled on my own initiative was removed from my OVH dashboard after approximately 10 days (upon receiving PayPal refund). The dashboard is always behind..

On the previous cancellations you’d get a new invoice with -11$ or whatever it was showing cancelled server and a refund pending

You're not getting any explaination. @OVH_APAC logged in constantly when tagged here after the first shit show, but after everything turned to shit they're just lurking & ignoring. Probably because replying would have to mean looking into the issue and that would require working.

Is it realistic to expect a representative from a provider with a €897 million revenue (2023) to actively engage in a forum focused on lowend servers? I don't think 'we' (as in: the LET users) are the main focus for OVH.

Is this number with or without our KS-A payments that they're currently taking hostage?

Yes but that's not the issue. Why care about getting in touch with people inside of OVH when even they have no idea what's going on?

My guess is only techs at BHS and the billing team knows, and they're not doing support or tickets, and teams don't really communicate.

It's been proven time and time again that the support people at OVH don't know anything about status of orders, about what they have in stock, they even didn't know about the cancelations before they occured.

  • emghemgh Member, Megathread Squad

And, to top it off, in the other thread, someone asked support that said 29th about the emails saying orders are canceled, their reply was basically that they have no idea if it's canceled or not. They still see the 29th :D
