    My 5.11 ks-a order was cancelled (i got email) but it still says "preparing order" in manager

    I have a second order with "no payment" I wonder how long it will take before it expires.

    KS-LE-1 in RBX delivered with 1245v2, 32GB RAM (lotto win), 2x480SSD (lotto fail).
    IPv4/6 network lotto fail (300M/1G)

    I got cancellation email but order is still in the panel. Why they just don't delete the order when they send the cancellation email. It is so unprofessional.

    A server I recently cancelled on my own initiative was removed from my OVH dashboard after approximately 10 days (upon receiving PayPal refund). The dashboard is always behind..
