high time, we need some consumer protection, ovh should be transparent about this thing. we were waiting for more than a month just to get it canceled.

Lol. It's not like they run away with your money.

    what grounds do you have?

sales tactics? just like 12month contract? i am not sure but there should be something.

It would be nice to see something constructive rather than a blanket open statement... consumers need protection.

I am sure ovh staff here may be seeing something and it may help?

    Their site says 72h
    Their terms says 14 days(?)
Their support says random.randint(1, 30) nov
    Their system says you’re cancelled

It’s not like it’s illegal, but the staff throughout is completely out of touch with reality and it’s honestly sad how LET users predict their next actions much mote accurately compared to their paid staff

Sure it seems there are inconsistency at multiple levels with OVH.

So what type of consumer protection do you have in ind which would apply ?

To me it's more about improving operational efficiency.

i just want that ovh should take responsibility, being transparent, act fast, notify asap and prevent these things. they must remove the lucrative plans if not available.

Yes, not illegal because running a rotten organisation isn’t illegal, so I agree that it’s not a question of legality

All of my pending LE-B orders were cancelled (6 in total)

oh bro. it was nov5 order?

    Yup

can you share what status is currently showing under my account > orders? you can hide the order number.

Just shows the orders as "complete". And I got 6 new orders with credit of the same amount for the paypal refund.

huh, mine still says "Preparing your order"

Too many orders to cancel, OVH's Operation-Chicken-Nugget-Eating bot has not caught up to your order (yet).

Have you tried something to share this feedback with ovh?

So many times it is just an echo chamber without anything concrete done.

Change can happen only when started. Will it make a change? Probably. But without trying how can anything change

It may sound like air talk for now but it feels users seem a bit entitled that I placed an order and I need my goodies.

Shut happens everywhere. Ovh can and should have handled it better. No doubt.

    Enough of my management preach.

Using neoons script. May be the intermittent stopping that i do sometimes even tho for a small time frame is the culprit. Gonna reload my 4g and let it run without interruptions
