    Just shows the orders as "complete". And I got 6 new orders with credit of the same amount for the paypal refund.

    high time, we need some consumer protection, ovh should be transparent about this thing. we were waiting for more than a month just to get it canceled.

    Their system says you’re cancelled

    It’s not like it’s illegal, but the staff throughout is completely out of touch with reality and it’s honestly sad how LET users predict their next actions much mote accurately compared to their paid staff

    Sure it seems there are inconsistency at multiple levels with OVH.

    So what type of consumer protection do you have in ind which would apply ?

    To me it's more about improving operational efficiency.
